		<description>If they actually gave you the ticket that would just be wrong, but since it was a warning I would give them the benefit of the doubt.

		<description>Some of the laws make good sense to me, but I'm going to ride how I feel safe. Guidelines are needed cause their are stupid people out there that would act a fool if allowed, but the majority of people are going to do what they feel is safest for them and they should be allowed to do that. At the same time hopefully the city has done its' research and offers these "laws" from factual safety data. Also, not to say cops are angels or anything, but I think they CAN be good caring people. And the fact that they raised the fine to $81 could mean they've seen some mangled people and were trying to scrare you away from becoming one of them.</description>
