I Hate Buying Cars

I hate buying cars. I mean I really, really hate going to buy cars. The entire process is just horribly annoying. I would easily rate the car buying process as an entry in my top five worst things to do on any given weekend (especially weekends when it is raining). I am sure you know the drill.

Step 1: Drive to a car lot.
Step 2: Walk around the lot.
Step 3: Get attacked by a salesman.
Step 4: Pick out a car.
Step 5: Offer a price well below the sticker price.
Step 6: They offer a price.
Step 7: Reject and repeat from step 5 until a general consensus is reached (if possible).

Oh I hate it. So why am I going through this daunting process you ask? Well, my car died the other day. I knew it was going to happen sooner or later, but sooner won the battle and the car got KO’d. At first it was a window, then it was a ticking in the engine, next came a oil leak, then another window broke, then the stereo stopped playing music, then a headlight went out, next came a flat tire, and then the nail was placed in the coffin with an aggressive anti-freeze leak which made my car start overheating. WHACK! So due to the above mentioned, I am forced to participate in the 7 step program. I am not impressed, not impressed at all.

However, in other (and more interesting news), I am going to put a for sale section up on my blog. I have tons of stuff lying around my house (especially computer related stuff) which someone could probably use, so I figure I should post it online and begin to part with some of it. Plus, I am quickly running out of room to store all of this stuff. So anyway, keep an eye out for that.

Well, that is it for this posting. Adios.
