I got a little (really little) for you today. It’s a video of a helicopter crash (ouch!). I also found a website that is supposed to let you transfer large files to and from people. The website is called dropload and it lets you upload large files to it, and then e-mails the recipient the location where they can download the files. I haven’t tried the website myself, but it sounds sort of interesting. The worst part, as it always is, would be on the person uploading the file since uploading usually takes longer than downloading. The plus side to this though, is that the person downloading won’t have to worry as much about losing the download midway. I haven’t personally tried it out, but I know a few folks who might find this useful, so I figured I’d let folks know about it. If you use it, and have the time, drop me an e-mail (address is to your left) and let me know what you think about it.
So I’m back at home now. It’s both good and bad. The good is it’s nice to get back to my daily routine (sounds odd huh?). The bad, is that I got a test tomorrow and I’m back to my daily routine (just confusing now huh?). The trip was good. I could write a few hundred lines about it, but like I said, I got a test so that is going to have to wait until another day. Overall though, it was a nice trip. Some things could have been better, but that’s how everything always seems to be. Nothing bad happened on the trip, so that was a definite plus. All planes departed/arrived on time, and most importantly, staid in the sky when they were supposed too … WooooHoooo!
